50ml french earl grey
15ml lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
20ml strawberry liqueur
1 egg white
Dry shake the egg white in a cocktail shaker. Add all the ingredients except for the Strawberry Liqueur. Add ice and shake well. Pour Strawberry Liquor into champagne flute. Gently pour the cocktail shaker contents into the glass. Garnish with edible flowers.
