Winter GARDEN GIN COCKTAIL

 

50ml Winter Gin

30ml Lemon Juice 

40ml Pea Puree 

 

To make the pea puree (40ml):

200g Peas

150ml Water

75g Sugar


Make the pea puree – Gently simmer water with sugar and add peas. When soft remove from heat and blend. Strain twice through sieve. 

Pour winter gin, lemon juice and pea puree over ice into a cocktail shaker.

Shaker like you meant it and pour.
