Experience The Canberra Distillery, just ten minutes drive from the city centre.
We are open six days and welcome you to do a complimentary tasting of our extensive range including Gins, Vodkas, Liqueurs, Whisky and Rum.
If you're lucky, you might catch the aroma of freshly made spirits and sample what we are distilling that day.
As you leave, pick up the perfect Canberra souvenir.

Spirits and Chocolate Experience
Join us for an hour of pure indulgence in a Spirits and Chocolate experience. We have partnered with Fudgemental to bring you a class with beautifully handcrafted vegan chocolate fudge to taste while you sip our award winning gins, liqueurs and whisky. Texture, flavour, balance. Simple.
Public classes run regularly and give you the opportunity to book in with a friend or loved one and enjoy the taste of Canberran chocolate and spirits. The experience runs for about an hour.

Gin & Tonic Masterclass
Consider yourself a master gin drinker? Visit The Canberra Distillery for a gin tasting experience.
These classes run once a month at 1pm and 3:30pm on a Saturday and will give you the opportunity to taste through six different gins and discover how to build the perfect gin and tonic. You will be able to ask our knowledgeable staff any burning questions you have about the gin making process or the history of gin.
Enjoy a tasting platter from our partners at The Lazy Grazer while you experiment with garnishes and tonic pairings right in amongst our distillery. We can cater to any dietary requirements as well.
At the end of the class, you will be able to put your new skills to the test and create your perfect G&T to enjoy while finishing off your nibbles. Each class only holds a maximum of 12 people, so bring along your gin loving friend, partner or family member and become a gin tasting master.
