Summering berries

INGREDIENTS

  • 60ml Summer gin
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • fresh strawberry
  • fresh blueberry

HOW TO PREPARE

  1.  Dry shake egg white in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Muddle berries. Add berries and all other ingredients with ice to shaker.
  3. Vigorously shake in the cocktail shaker. Serve in martini glass and garnish with edible flowers.

MOjito

INGREDIENTS

  • 60ml winter gin
  • 15ml elderflower
  • 5 mint leaves, cucumber
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • soda

HOW TO PREPARE

  1. Muddle cucumber in cocktail shaker
  2. Add all ingredients and ice.
  3. Shake well and pour over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with mint leaves and wedge of lemon.

INGREDIENTS

  • 30ml gin

  • 10ml limoncello

  • 30ml soda water

  • top with prosecco

HOW TO PREPARE

  1. Add gin and limoncello to champagne flute. Add soda water and prosecco. (soda water optional).

Blood Orange

INGREDIENTS

  • 45ml blood

  • 15ml rhubarb syrup

  • 10ml lemon

  • 15ml cointreu.

HOW TO PREPARE

  1.  Add all ingredients and ice in cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake well for 1 min and service in martini glass
  3. Garnish with orange (or blood orange) rind.

Gin, STrawberry, Basil

INGREDIENTS

  • 60ml gin (or vodka)

  • 3 fresh strawberry

  • half a lime

  • basil leave

  • tonic water

HOW TO PREPARE

  1. Muddle strawberries in the cocktail shaker, add lime juice and gin. Shake well.
  2. Top with tonic water and garnish with strawberry and mint leaves.

Passion Fruit

INGREDIENTS

  • 60ml passionfruit vodka

  • 15ml vanilla syrup

  • 15ml passionfruit puree

  • 10ml fresh lemon

  • sparkling wine

HOW TO PREPARE

  1. Add all ingredients except sparkling wine to cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well.
  2. Pour in martini glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with passionfruit and mint leaves.

Gin & Olive

INGREDIENTS

  • 60ml gin (or summer gin)

  • 15ml vermouth

  • ½ tsp of olive brine

  • olives

HOW TO PREPARE

  1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Stir and pour into martini glass. Garnish with olives.

coffee, Vodka, Cream

INGREDIENTS

  • 30ml coffee liqueur

  • 30ml vodka

  • 30ml thick cream

HOW TO PREPARE

  1.  Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously.
  2.  Serve in tumbler with ice.

Cocoa, Almond

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml cocoa liqueur

  • 15ml thick cream

  • 15ml sugar syrup

  • 15ml almond milk

  • tim tam 

HOW TO PREPARE

  1. Add all ingredients in cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously. 
  2. Cover glass rim with tim tam shavings.
  3. Serve over ice in wine glass or tumbler. Garnish with ¼ tim tam.

French Earl Grey

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 50ml french earl grey
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 20ml strawberry liqueur
  • 1 egg white.

HOW TO PREPARE

  1. Dry shake egg with in cocktail shaker. Add all ingredients except for strawberry liqueur. Add ice and shake well.
  2. Pour strawberry into champagne flute. Gently pour cocktail shaker content into glass.
  3. Garnish with edible flowers.
