This Gin has been made specifically for Truffles. It is 80% dry neutral spirit (fermented by the crew at Bentspoke) and 20% distilled Murrumbateman Shiraz. The truffles were gown on Mt Majura. Truffles don't like sweet or citrus flavours and so the Shiraz spirit adds a little fruit flavour but leaves plenty of room for the truffle.
