60ml Summer gin
20ml lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
1 egg white
Dry shake the egg white in a cocktail shaker. Muddle the berries separately. Add berries and all other ingredients and shake vigorously. Serve in martini glass and garnish with edible flowers.
